Thank you to everybody who helped me do research by doing the polls on this blog. I am still doing research, creating recipes and finding others to keep things interesting. I have decided from the information gathered I will serve 4 people on 300 dollars a month. I will start posting recipes soon, and next month I will have a menu with prices and such. To keep costs down I am making many things that I was previously buying premade, things like bread, and tortillas. This is working well for us, but I am planning to keep room in the budget for premade things. Sometimes is is easier that way. If anyone has any suggestions for recipes they would like to see, please let me know, I may be able to make it in a budget friendly way.
